Ruth Sirman has been helping people resolve conflicts for more than 25 years with a focus on helping organizations turn toxic work environments into places where people want to come to work. Her specialty is complex, multi-party interventions in groups and organizations - often succeeding where others have failed. Her ability to relate to people, her frankness and insight and her ability to ask the tough questions and manage difficult dynamics have helped client groups work to regain control over their lives and their workplaces.

She customizes strategies to help groups get to the root of the problems they are facing based on her knowledge, training and experience in science, Alternative Dispute Resolution/mediation improvisation and turkey farming, Her objective in life is to help people learn to manage the tough situations they create – and live to tell about it! Ruth holds a BSc. Integrated Sciences, is an International Mediation Institute Certified Mediator and is a member of Mediators Beyond Borders, ADR Canada, The Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, the Canadian Ski Patrol and just for fun a Paddle Canada Sea Kayaking Instructor.
