Dr. Joel A. He is also the co-owner of MetaPrinciple, a global training and certification company focused on systems change. With nearly 25 years of facilitation experience, Joel has worked across five continents, partnering with Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and government agencies to drive sustainable growth and transformation. His expertise lies in fostering psychological safety, belonging, and innovation in workplaces, using a Gestalt-based approach to leadership and change.

A sought-after speaker and executive coach, Joel has collaborated with major organizations, including Apple, LinkedIn, the United Nations, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, among others. He is a certified Gestalt practitioner, an ICF-certified coach, and a Forbes Coaches Council member, working with C-suite executives, emerging leaders, and cultural creatives worldwide.
